Gold Trading Sessions in Kuwait Time
Gold trades almost around the clock from Monday to Friday, but it does not move the same way all day. Knowing the sessions in your own time zone helps you pick the right hours.
Kuwait time is UTC+3 all year (there is no daylight saving). London and New York do change their clocks, so session times in Kuwait shift by one hour twice a year.

| Session | Kuwait time (Nov–Mar) | Kuwait time (Mar–Oct) | Typical activity |

| Tokyo / Asia | 03:00 – 12:00 | 03:00 – 12:00 | Moderate |

| New York | 16:00 – 01:00 | 15:00 – 00:00 | High |

The best hours
For most gold traders in Kuwait, the afternoon and early evening are the busiest window. London is already active, then New York opens and most US economic data comes out around 16:30 Kuwait time in winter (15:30 in summer). This overlap brings the biggest volume and the clearest moves.
Watch out for
- US data releases such as jobs reports (NFP), inflation (CPI) and Fed decisions. Price can jump many dollars in seconds.
- The daily break. Many brokers pause gold trading for about an hour around 01:00 Kuwait time in winter (00:00 in summer). Spreads widen before and after.
- Monday open and Friday close. Prices can gap over the weekend, and liquidity thins out late on Friday.
Tip: the Market Sessions panel on the dashboard already converts everything to Kuwait time, so you can see at a glance which markets are open.
